Unlike many other Personal Training programmes, I don't like to base the results just around before and after pictures. While they're good, it's the long term after after that I am here for with clients and not just visuals but the relationship and knowledge they will have with training and nutrition.
The aim is to make training and nutrition fit your lifestyle, not to be a slave to training and nutrition.
