Personal training/small group training(2-3people)

 

If your goal is to lose fat, improve sleep, get better energy, manage stress, build muscle, gain strength, confidence and be an all round bad ass personal training is for you. 

Here’s how it works:

 

  • You will work with me(Rob) 1to1 or with your group 2-3 times per week in flyefit Macken street.

  • Sessions are 60minutes long and on day one you will go through a movement assessment, to ensure the programme designed is to your ability 

  • 12 weeks commitment minimum,(paid monthly) With my 8 years experience i have found this process works best to ensure you achieve and learn everything necessary. 

  • Training slots are available Monday - Friday 6am - 6pm Saturday 9am - 12pm 

  • Nutritional coaching suitable for your goal and to help you implement it into your lifestyle. 

  • Weekly check ins via google spread sheet. 

  • Each session will involve resistance training, aerobic training with a mixture between free weights and machines. 

  • You will also receive a welcome pack that includes a how to guide and 4 recipe books to help you along the way.

  • Price start at €380pm
